Refund and Replace Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility criteria for refund and replacement:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in its original form or not damaged and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You can inform us within 1 or 2 days after recieving your item.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • After 48 hours item can not returned or replace.
  • Damage item can not returned or replace.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • If you are facing a battery timing problem We are not responsible for it.Because we charge the battery of everything.

Requirement:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you message  to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and replace

If you are approved, then your refund or replace will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
